By accessing and using SparkHub Davao's facilities and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership and Access

Members must:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials
• Use facilities during designated hours (unless 24/7 access is granted)
• Not transfer or share membership access without authorization

3. Facility Use and Conduct

All members and guests must:

• Respect other members and maintain a professional environment
• Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace
• Clean up after using common areas and equipment
• Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately
• Not engage in illegal activities on the premises

4. Payment Terms

• Membership fees are due on the first day of each billing period
• Late payments may result in access suspension
• Refunds are provided according to our cancellation policy
• Additional charges apply for studio bookings and special services

5. Cancellation and Termination

Members may cancel with 30 days written notice. SparkHub reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of these terms.

6. Liability

SparkHub Davao is not liable for loss or damage to personal property. Members use facilities at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our premises and website are the property of SparkHub Davao and protected by copyright laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
